Our Services

Housing for People. Opportunities for Independence.

Bridgeway serves individuals, youth, families and people experiencing housing insecurity or major life transitions.

The People and Communities We Serve

Bridgeway serves individuals, youth, families and people experiencing housing insecurity or major life transitions, in all their diversity.

Individuals

Supporting people experiencing economic hardship, housing insecurity, disability, social vulnerability or significant life transitions.

Our goal is to provide a foundation from which people can establish greater stability and pursue their individual goals.

Youth — Youth Pathways

A transitional housing and skills-building initiative focused on:

  • Housing stability
  • Independent living skills
  • Financial literacy
  • Education
  • Employment readiness
  • Healthy relationships
  • Community connection
  • Self-advocacy
  • Future planning
We believe young people deserve more than a transition out of care. They deserve an opportunity to transition into a life of greater stability, choice, belonging and independence.

Families

Safe and stable housing supports family stability, relationships and opportunity.

Housing is more than shelter. A safe and stable home can provide the foundation people need to establish stability, pursue opportunities, build relationships and participate meaningfully in their communities.
